Discover all the weather info right from your Home Screen with the iOS 14 widgets. There are several different types of widgets providing customized info about current weather conditions, hourly / daily forecast, severe weather alerts & weather maps. Long press on a widget to explore all sorts of different options available & customize the widget to your preference.
. Fixed an issue in the severe weather alerts map layer due to which sometimes old alerts were being shown on the map.
. Fixed an issue due to which the Wind Chill temperatures were not showing correct readings for some of the PWS.

. The issue in Weather Fronts map layer has been fixed. It has also been optimized for better rendering & performance.
. Weather Fronts map layer now also provides an option to display Pressure Isobar Contour lines. Isobars are lines of constant or equal pressure on the weather map. These can be turned On or Off from the Weather Fronts map layer settings.
. We have fixed an issue in the clock due to which time was lagging by a few minutes for the locations with GMT offset = 0.

. [NEW] We have introduced new animated map layers for Precipitation Accumulation, Snow Accumulation, Feels Like Temperature, & Driving Difficulty.
. [NEW] We have introduced a new map layer for Storm Surge. You can view detailed info for predicted water height, actual real-time water level, storm surge, water & air temperatures, winds / gusts, and high & low tides data for any of the NOAA NOS stations from the coastal areas. This is particularly useful during the hurricane / tropical cyclone events.
. Sea Surface Temperature map layer is now available with animation.
. Webcams map layer has been fixed.
. The current hurricane marker on the map will now rotate in anti-clockwise direction in the northern hemisphere & in clockwise direction in the southern hemisphere to simulate the real-world hurricane rotations.
. We have fixed the issue where the notification center widget sometimes didn't show the selected city's data.
. We have fixed the issue where some of the nearby PWS were not being picked up by the app. App will now detect each & every PWS in your vicinity.

Now you can view animated radar maps on the Apple Watch itself! Storm Tracks can also be overlaid on the radar.
. New HD Satellite (GOES-16) map layer:
HD Satellite (GOES-16) map layer has been included in the app. GOES-16 is the first of the GOES-R series of Geostationary Operational Environmental Satellite (GOES) operated by NASA and NOAA. You can view 3 types of GOES-16 satellite imagery in the app: Visible imagery, Infrared imagery, & Water Vapor imagery.
. Storm Tracks map layer has been redesigned to support animation with the Past Radar. A lot of vital information about each storm has also been included. You can tap on any Storm Track to view it.
. Windstream map layer has been fully restored now.
